Smart eating is good eating.

Shrimp & broccoli for lunch I made this in no time since it is my day off from the gym decided to make something delicious. Shrimp are loaded with protein, vitamin D, B3 and zinc.
Broccoli are very low in calorie, fat and  also have other nutrition benefits if you're looking to drop a pound or 2   broccoli is one of the best veggie you should fall in love with eating. For me I usually just eat my with honey.

Papaya fruit smoothie.

Ok guys here you have it, I made this yesterday and all I can say OMG YUM YUM. I call it  (Papaya /Pawpaw Smoothie )  If you like one of these fruit you are going to love this smoothie if you try it.

How much fruits and veggies are you eating?

Breakfast is served: fruits are very important to our diet,  they are low in fat, calories, carb and also packed with vitamins and minerals.
Based on a 2, 000 calorie daily intake the USDA Food Pattern recommends that we eat 2 and the half cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruits. To help individuals maintain a healthy body weight.

Good snack.

Sometimes it's not about how the food taste but what it does for your body is what matters sometimes.

"So this is my snack for the day" It can also be yours it's truly delicious you have got to try it.
Tomatoes are good for the body one tomatoe contains only (22) calories (0) grams of fat (5) grams of carbohydrates (1) of dietary fiber and (1) grams of protein.

Eggs: Hard-boiled eggs are quick snack if you're in a hurry or can be use to sneak protein into your  salad. By you eating boiled eggs you're add good fat to your body and it help keep your hart healthy.

They are also pack with important vitamin like vitamin (A) to help protect your eyes and keep your bones strong. (1) egg provides more than (6) grams of protein.
